Information we collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may process:
- Contact and consultation information: your name, business contact details, booking details, responses to booking questions and information about your business needs.
- Communications: enquiries, correspondence, support requests and information you choose to provide, including workflow descriptions or screen recordings.
- Technical information: information processed by website infrastructure and scheduling services to deliver and protect those services, such as IP addresses and browser or request information.
- Service information: business records and personal information supplied by clients or accessed through authorised integrations to build, operate and maintain their automations.
- Account and billing information, when introduced: information needed for onboarding, portal access, subscriptions, invoicing and payment administration, processed through the relevant service providers.
We receive information directly from you, from clients who authorise us to process it, and from providers supporting these interactions. Displaying an integration or AI-provider logo on our website does not mean visitors’ information is sent to that provider.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, onboard clients, provide and support services, administer business relationships and billing when introduced, maintain business records, protect our systems, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
When we process personal information on a client’s behalf, we do so under the client’s instructions and applicable agreements. The client determines the purposes of that processing. Requests concerning that information should normally be directed to the relevant client; we will assist as required by our agreements and applicable law.
Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information as necessary to providers supporting hosting and security, communications, scheduling and service delivery, and payment processing when introduced. The information disclosed depends on the service being provided. Services you access directly may also process information under their own privacy policies.
We may disclose information where required by law, to establish or protect legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable protections and notice requirements.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Cookies and browser signals
We do not intentionally use advertising or analytics trackers on our public website. Website infrastructure and embedded services may use cookies or similar storage for functions such as security, maintaining sessions and scheduling. Their use depends on the service and its configuration. You can manage cookies through your browser; restricting them may affect functionality.
The website does not implement a separate response to older Do Not Track browser signals. We do not use a sale or advertising-sharing process for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt you out of. This does not represent a claim that every third-party service automatically recognises these signals.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for its original purpose, providing services, maintaining appropriate business records and complying with legal obligations. Client information is retained during the business relationship and handled after termination according to applicable agreements and legal obligations. We do not promise automatic deletion within a fixed period.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and processing involved. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International processing
Providers may process information outside your country, where privacy laws may differ. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the relevant arrangements must be in place before the transfer.
[Before publication: confirm the countries involved and applicable transfer safeguards; insert the relevant details and how a copy of those safeguards can be requested.]
Your privacy rights
Rights depend on your location, the applicable law and the circumstances. Contact contact@marblle.com to make a request or raise a concern. We may need information to verify your identity or an authorised agent’s authority. We will respond as required by applicable law, including any applicable exceptions.
California
Where the CCPA/CPRA applies, California residents may have rights to know and access information, request deletion or correction, opt out of sale or advertising-related sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and exercise rights without discrimination.
The information categories described above include identifiers, correspondence and electronic information, technical internet/network information, and commercial or account information when the relevant services are introduced. Their sources, purposes and recipient categories are described in this policy. Planned collection is not a statement that it occurred in the preceding 12 months.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract and performing a contract; legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, operating and securing our services and managing business relationships, balanced against your rights; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing, and complain to a competent data protection authority.
[Before publication: confirm whether any service involves solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects, and add the required disclosures if applicable.]
Canada
Where PIPEDA applies, you may request access to your personal information, information about its use and disclosure, and correction of inaccuracies. You may withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice, and raise concerns with us or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
[Privacy accountability contact: confirm the responsible person’s name or title; email contact@marblle.com.]
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address it appropriately.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices change. The published version will show its effective date. We will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
